SUPPORT and MAINTENANCE

AusNet IT Solutions provides IT support for small businesses, medium business and home users across Melbourne. Support is carried out under the supervision of Microsoft Certified Professionals. The support service is provided on a Call Out basis or on a Monthly Support Contract on site, by telephone and remotely.

Support

We will deal with the problems that arise with your network, we will quickly diagnose and repair most faults through telephone and VPN getting your network up and running in the shortest time possible. Should an onsite visit be required an engineer will be dispatched the following day.
Most support issues however can be prevented with a maintenance contract, catching potential problems before the happen, see below for details
