Ausnet IT Solutions delivers network maintenance services to meet your critical support requirements quickly and cost-effectively,

1. System Maintenance Plan

We offer ongoing Scheduled maintenance services to prevent problems from occurring and helping users get the most from their systems.

Maintenance Plan Fee $65.00/hr

2. Onsite weekend and after hours Services

Onsite services for all IT related problems including servers, workstations, internet
security, emails, virus, printers, routers, hardware and software. If a service requests is made before 1:30pm, we can usually send an engineer on the same day. Minimum charge is 1 hr.

Service Fee $75.00/hr

3. Telephone/Email/Remote Support

AusNet can provide telephone or remote access support for all helpdesk queries. This support provides a quick response and we can access your PC (prior setup is required) and "remote control" your computer as though we were sitting in front of your PC. Minimum charge is 0.5 hrs.
